1. Purple Butterfly Card by Caroline Shinnie

   Stamps Used  Happiness is    Stitched Alphabet   Butterfly Script   Inkpads Used  Black Versafine   Black Memento   Brilliance - Victorian Violet   Distress Inks - Dusty Concord, Vintage Photo, Milled Lavender    Other items used Mask - Daisy Daisy   8x8 card blank, purple card, clear embossing powder, cie cut corners, ribbon, white detail pen,

   To make the background, cut a square of purple card, about an inch smaller than your card blank. Stamp using Black Memento, the small butterfly, the flight sentiment and the butterfly script randomly all over. Stamp in Victorian Velvet the small leaves and flower. Take the Daisy Daisy mask and place in the centre of the purple card and run through an embossing machine. Then using a white detail pen add markings to the butterfly and stitch detail around where the edge of the mask was. Distress the edges and curl the corners, then stick it to the card blank. Add 4 die cut corners.

    

   For the topper use a smaller piece of white card, curl and distress the edges as before. Stamp the large butterfly in Black Versafine and use clear embossing powder. Paint it with Vintage Photo distress ink. On another piece of card, stamp the butterfly again and paint it with Dusty Concord, Milled Lavender and Vintage Photo. Cut out just the body and the wings and stick it to the topper. Glue just the body so the wings lift up. Stamp and emboss the sentiment using the Stitched Alphabet set, cut out and add it to the card. Finish with a ribbon.

2. Topiary Flower Card by Caroline Shinnie

   Stamps Used   A5 Topiary A6 Script Background     Inkpads Used   Memento - Black, Teal Zeal, Rhubarb Stalk Distress Inks - Mustard Seed, Rusty Hinge, Peacock Feathers   Other Items used   Twisted Check Mask Button, Square Die Cut, Ribbon

   For the background, emboss a piece of card with the Twisted Check Mask and colour it in using cut n dry foam with Teal Zeal, Peacock Feathers & Rusty Hinge ink pads. Stamp the script background in Black Memento over the top. To finish the background, add a piece of ruffled ribbon, using extra sticky double sided tape.

    

   To make the flower topper, ink up the script background stamp in Teal Zeal. Then, using the tall narrow tree from the Topiary stamp set, ink up with Mustard seed and then press into the script background to lift off the pattern. Stamp eight of these to make a flower shape. Stamp the small hearts from the same set around the centre of the flower using Rhubarb Stalk and Black Memento. Cut the flower shape out using a square die of your choice so that the flower falls off the corner of the shape.  To finish off, randomly stamp the script background in Teal Zeal and ink the edges with Rusty Hinge and Peacock feathers.  Add a sentiment of your choice and a button to the centre of the flower.

    

3. Wild at heart by Caroline Shinnie

   Stamps Used   Wild thing   Inkpads Used   Black Versafine, Vintage Sepia Versafine   Other Items   Hanging Heart kit Clear embossing powder, assorted acrylic paints, String, Ribbons & Buttons

   Firstly paint the Large Heart in pale blue, and the other two in a pale lime green and leave to dry. On the large heart, stamp the zebra and the leaves from the Wild Thing stamp set in Black Versafine and emboss with the clear embossing powder. Paint in the detail of the Zebra and the leaves in your choice of colour.

    

   For the two smaller hearts, stamp the lion and the monkey in Vintage Sepia Versafine and the leaves in black Versafine, and again use the clear embossing powder. For the monkey, lion & leaves, paint in the detail in colours of your choice. To finish off, string them together with buttons and add bows at either end.
